Partner Manager EMEA & APJ (f/m/d)

As Partner Manager you will be responsible to acquire and grow selected partners across EMEA with a focus on but not limited to BeNeLux, UK&I and Nordics. These partners are mostly Resellers and Integration Partners that resell our solution typically together with other products and own services. For APJ, we work mainly through a Master Reseller setup that this role will manage, too. 

For the right candidate, this is a career-defining opportunity to work with leading software partners and help our joint customers realize the value from our SAP integration products.  

The role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. 

Key responsibilities

  • Work with selected partners to cover key target markets for Theobald Software, ideally together with key ISV. 
  • Manage those partnerships with a focus on generating and closing incremental business opportunities for Theobald Software. 
  • Maintain an overview of relevant partners in our selected key markets that Theobald Software should work with to expand our footprint.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing and ISV/OEM teams at Theobald Software to ensure seamless execution of our GTM strategy. 
  • Develop processes, programs and tools to help our partners to generate incremental demand and to make working with Theobald Software easy. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales and/or partner management roles. Minimum 2-3 years in an international role. 
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. 
  • Strong collaboration skills, “getting things done” mentality. 
  • Travel about 30-40%
